Adds new webhook object.
Important
When creating a webhook, the response from the API will contain the webhook's secret.
This is the only time you'll be able time to see the secret of the webhook via the API.
If you want to get a webhook's secret after its creation you'll need to open the OfficeRnD admin UI.
